Platform Version: 1.0.2 • Effective Date: May 2026
By authenticating a digital media asset channel with the Baajo Stream Hub dashboard system, you agree to comply with and be bound legally by these operational Terms of Service. This application is designated as a secure distribution controller enabling authorized users to stage, schedule, and publish digital media payloads to third-party network endpoints.
Access to the core publishing dashboard is strictly restricted to authenticated network administrators via local database directories. Users are fully responsible for maintaining the privacy of active dashboard access arrays. Baajo Stream Hub holds zero liability for data transmissions executed via leaked local user configurations.
Users retain absolute ownership rights over all raw video payloads uploaded to the system staging folders. However, users explicitly declare that all synchronized media materials are completely original and conform to the standard copyright, distribution laws, and Community Guidelines of any linked platform API network. Baajo Stream Hub reserves the right to terminate local distribution sessions if unapproved malicious data packages are detected.
This application operates in strict compliance with standard remote provider technical specifications. The platform utilizes standard automated procedures to refresh authorization records via secure background network communication loops. Users acknowledge that network limits, transmission speeds, and temporary endpoint deprecations are subject to external system availability and rate constraints.
Users are strictly prohibited from attempting to reverse-engineer core token storage configurations, exploiting multi-part upload functions to inject non-media arrays, or using system parameters to generate unauthorized automated spam cycles across social networking feeds.
Baajo Stream Hub provides media transmission services on an "as-is" configuration matrix. We provide no legal guarantee of permanent uptime or uninterrupted video feed arrivals. Administration reserves the absolute right to suspend, terminate, or deprecate system links instantly if system access boundaries are breached.
